Delivery & Export
Our minimum order value for UK supply is £250 ex VAT and £1,000 for export.
Card Payments will be accepted on the website for UK orders between £250 and £2,500 for wine before other costs and taxes.
Supplying fine & rare wine is only one part of the service that Morgan Classic Wines offers our clients. We can also arrange consolidation and exportation to destinations virtually anywhere in the world. We are well versed in international export regulations and provide a slip labelling service if required.
To keep our wine prices as keen as possible, we quote our wines ex London City Bond and charge delivery separately. Our delivery rates follow our carrier’s tariff and are set out in full below.
UK Delivery Charges
All charges exclude VAT and are per 9 litre equivalent case, that is 12 x 75cl. A case of 6 litres or less counts as half a case, rounded up, so two half cases are charged as one.

Delivery Times

A three hour delivery window can usually be requested for England, Wales and the central belt of Scotland. Our carrier will do its best to keep to it, though it cannot be guaranteed. Elsewhere deliveries are handled by third parties and need an all day window.
Deliveries run to a weekday schedule set by our carrier. Duty Free orders may need an additional 24 hours to meet HMRC requirements. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the wine, and our carrier operates a Challenge 25 policy.
Quoted Individually
We do not quote online for Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, for orders above 15 cases, or for any address we cannot match to a postcode zone. Please contact us and we will confirm the charge, and the likely timing, before you order.
Bonded Warehouse Transfers
If you would rather your wine stayed In Bond, we can transfer it to another bonded account rather than deliver it.

Our carrier applies a minimum charge that covers the first 23 cases to England and Wales and the first 24 to Scotland, which is why the charge is flat to that point.
A transfer to a non-LCB bonded warehouse is a delivery to that warehouse’s own address, so it is charged on the delivery table above according to where the warehouse is. Choose the warehouse at checkout and the exact charge is calculated for you. A few destinations we cannot place are quoted individually.

Storage & Insurance
We store all wines at the state-of-the-art London City Bond (Tilbury) warehouse, renowned for its optimal conditions for fine wine storage – including climate control, low light, minimal vibration, and regulated humidity.
Storage Rates (Excl. VAT)
- £14.00 per 9-litre case per annum.
- £7.00 for cases 4.5 litres or under.
- Minimum storage: 5x 12x75cl cases (or equivalent).
Insurance (Excl. VAT)
- 0.15% of the wine’s value per annum.
- Minimum charge: £15.00 per annum.
- Insured at full replacement value.
Additional Charges (Excl. VAT)
- Inbound Receipt: £3.00 per 9L / £1.50 per 4.5L (one-off).
- Transfers and Deliveries: Charged at our published rates, shown above, for movements to other bonded accounts, warehouses or private addresses.
- Condition Report Photos: £7.50 per item.
