Tasting Notes
Robert Parker 90
"Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Rocheyron is scented of red fruits and florals with fragrant earth and bay leaves notes. The medium-bodied palate is fine and crunchy, pure and refreshing with a bit of chew to the tannins and good length."
Anticipated maturity: 2018-2030
Vinous 85-88
The 2015 Rocheyron is a huge, massively endowed St.-Emilion marked by considerable richness but even bigger tannins that clamp down on the fruit and convey an impression of austerity. This is a work in progress. For now, there is little pleasure here.
