The 2018 Chablis Grand Cru Clos is superb, unwinding in the glass to reveal notions of citrus oil, white flowers and smoke mingled with hints of crisp stone fruit, pear and fresh bread. Full-bodied, layered and muscular, it’s deep and nicely concentrated even in this abundant vintage, with lively acids and a long, saline finish.
Anticipated maturity: 2027-2055

The 2018 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has a gorgeous nose of dried apricot, honeysuckle and mint, gaining intensity with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a slightly honeyed entry, a fine bead of acidity and superb harmony. This is not the most complex Les Clos I have tasted from the domaine, but it impresses in terms of length and persistence. Give it another 3-4 years in bottle.

Our minimum order value for UK supply is £750 ex vat and £1,000 for export.

Storage
The Tilbury warehouse of London City Bond is our chosen warehouse. Our storage charges are £12 per 9 litre case (and £6 for anything 4.5l or under), ex VAT per annum.
Insurance is 0.15% of the value and a minimum of £15 p/a (full replacement cover).
