EnquiryCask sample. Very rich and concentrated on the nose. Big and muscular at first but actually with real tautness and acidity on the end – almost unexpectedly! Not the most thrilling example from this appellation I have been lucky enough to taste but it s certainly an attempt to give it tension. Almost too much so!
